Change in development concept    Due to market changes it has been decided to drop one of the proposed buildings from this Business Park development.  Now rather than offering a total of 23,500 square feet over three buildings and 69 car parking spaces, the development will consist of two buildings, each of 10,280 square feet and a total of approximately 96 car parking spaces.  The second pavilion,  Kinloch House will have the same floorplate and accommodation as Whitelaw House.

This alteration was brought about by the realisation that adequate parking provision was not being met in the original proposal.  The variation in layout means that each pavilion will have around 48 dedicated spaces, rather than 24 spaces as previously indicated.

This is a development of two highly specified office pavilions situated within the grounds of the Historic 17th Century Alderstone House, on the edge of Livingston's extremely successful Kirkton Campus.
